ENERGY EFFICIENCY

SOLAR IMPIANTI ovens and process drying installations are researched and designed with energy savings, safety and ergonomics at the forefront.

For these reason our projects incorporate proven solutions in every phase of design.

Our catalogue offers advanced solutions using:

–         heat exchangers,

–         post-combustion afterburners,

–         adoption of advanced insulating materials and bio friendly fibre ,

–         high efficiency burners and heating systems.

ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY

The ratification of climate protocols, has committed the signatory States, to an acceptance of responsibility with precise requirements in terms of reduction of industrial gas emissions.

For these reasons we must immediately increase the use of technologies for development of alternative energy production, but initially to make more efficient use of traditional energy sources.

Our small contribution has been to install a solar power plant for production of electricity used in our factory. The performance of this equipment in conjunction with other interventions has created a 40% improvement in the energy efficiency of our site.

The energy re-organization of Solar Impianti’s establishment in terms of reducing C02 emissions into the atmosphere, is equivalent to the creation of 100 square meters per day of forest.
