PUSH TYPE FURNACES

Our modular pusher furnaces are perfect for heating as they combine a broad range of treatment processes with the freedom of loading products and the benefits of a semi-continuous plant.

The oven can, depending on the application and materials concerned, attain temperatures of up to and above 1200°C. The heating system involves:

  •  • Naked flame gas burners

  •  • Gas burners with radiant tubes (indirect heating in neutral atmosphere)

  •  • Electric heating elements

Depending on the situation, products can be loaded into the pusher furnaces on plates or in baskets made of refractory steel, or pushed in using a hydraulic or pneumatic pusher.

It is possible to set the required temperature of various self-regulated areas (according to the size of the furnace) and thereby determine the heating and cooling processes.
